Welcome to Koefy (https://koefy.com). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Nature of Our Service

Koefy is an information aggregation platform. We display coefficients (odds) from third-party bookmakers for comparison purposes.

• Not a Bookmaker: Koefy does not accept bets, facilitate wagers, or handle gambling funds. We are not a gambling operator.
• Accuracy and Verification: Odds change in real-time. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the coefficients shown on Koefy match the live odds on the bookmaker's site. You are responsible for verifying all odds directly with the bookmaker before placing a bet.
• No Financial Advice: Content on Koefy is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or betting advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using Koefy, you warrant that you meet this requirement and that using such a service is legal in your current location.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Users may access data for all sports, limited to the 5 latest events per sport.
• Pro Subscription: A paid tier providing full access to all sports and events.
• Billing (Stripe): Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually).
• EU Right of Withdrawal: Under EU law, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services. However, by accessing Pro features immediately after purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

4. Strict Anti-Scraping and Acceptable Use

To protect our data and the terms of our providers, the following is strictly prohibited:

• No Scraping: You shall not use any automated system (spiders, robots, crawlers, or scripts) to extract data from https://koefy.com.
• No Resale: You may not repackage, redistribute, or resell the data found on Koefy to third parties.
• Personal Use: The service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Abuse Monitoring: We monitor for patterns indicative of automated access. We reserve the right to terminate any account found in violation of these rules without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, logos, design, and proprietary aggregation logic are the property of Koefy.

• User Content: If you upload text (for example, comments or profile info), you retain ownership but grant Koefy a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• As-Is: Koefy is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free data.
• Risk of Loss: Koefy is not liable for any financial losses you incur at third-party bookmakers.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.
